ANNUAL NOTIFICATION OF VACATION RENTAL FOR PLPOA
According to Section 5.5.6.2 Development Standards of Archuleta County, a property owner shall apply for a Land Use Permit in order for the property to be used a vacation rental. This section requires that the property owner notify the Property Owners Association prior to application.

AN ADDITIONAL PLPOA SHORT TERM ANNUAL ASSESSMENT FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL SHORT TERM RENTALS.

- Or, owners and managers you can use the below forms to give to your renters as proof of rental in order to purchase passes.
Owner’s no longer need to to fill out guest forms in order for guests to use the PLPOA amenities. Your guests can use the QR code in the PLPOA STR packet that should be in your PLPOA STR. For use of the rec center, guests will need the address and receipt of stay from the rental platform you use (Airbnb, VRBO etc) to show at the Rec Center front desk.
