To be eligible to serve on the Board of Directors one must be a natural person who is an Owner/Member in Good Standing as defined in the Bylaws. Being a member of the Board of Directors imposes a fiduciary duty upon Board members. Further, the obligations of being a Board member will necessitate attendance at regular and special meetings of the Board as well as any committees to which one may be assigned. The willingness and ability to serve is mandatory if appointed or elected to the Board.
If there are more candidates than vacant positions, a Candidates Forum will be held on the last Thursday in June in the PLPOA Conference room at 6pm; where property owners may ask questions of Board of Director Candidates.
