Pine Needle Pick Up
2024 UPDATE: Our pine needle pick-up schedule, vendor and process have changed. Here’s what you need to know:
- Vendor: G&I Sanitation
- Pick-up Day: Thursdays (Deadline for scheduling in on Monday)
- Process: Due to various factors like increased demand, inflation, gas prices, and staffing challenges, finding a vendor for this service was tough. To keep the service running and costs manageable, we’re implementing a new system. We’ll now alternate between four zones for pick-up. However, there are four exceptions when all areas will be serviced: May 9, August 29, October 3, and October 10.
Zones:
Zone 1: First Thursday of the Month
Includes Highlands, Hatcher, South Shore & Martinez
Zone 2: Second Thursday of the Month
Includes Twincreek and Lake Forest
Zone 3: Third Thursday of the Month
Includes Lake Pagosa Park, Pagosa In the Pine 1 & 2, Central Core, South Village Lake, North Village Lake, Ranch Communities, Mallard Point & Lakeview Estates.
Zone 4: Fourth Thursday of the Month
Includes Eaton, Lakewood Village, Vista, Trails, Chris Mountain, Village Commercial, Meadows 2, 3 & 4.
