Upcoming Programs and Events

Ready, Set, Tri! is a tiny triathlon training program for kids ages 6-9 and is designed to help young athletes build endurance, strength, and confidence while having fun. This program will feature one week each of swimming, biking, and running sessions, with the last week preparing for the PLPOA Kids Triathlon on Saturday, August 23rd. Athletes must be able to swim one length of the pool (25 yards) without stopping or holding onto the wall or lane line.
Kids ages 10-14 can join us for this awesome experience learning about and training for a triathlon. The focus will be on developing proper technique, improving fitness, and fostering a love for multisport activities. Coaches incorporate playful drills, safety education, and teamwork to ensure an engaging experience. Don’t miss this chance to work with extraordinary Coach Mat Wolford. His years of triathlon experience will help the young athletes prepare for the PLPOA Kids Triathlon on Saturday, August 23rd.

Walking Group is back for 2025! Join the Jabberwalkies for their weekly meet-up to hike the trails, walk the paths, and chit-chat about the weather. Make new friends while getting in your physical fitness. There is a new location each week. There is no fee or need to register, just meet at the specified location at 9:00 AM on Wednesdays and be ready to keep up with the brisk pace.
