The Rules are periodically updated to help clarify language contained in the Declarations of Restrictions and to preserve the lifestyle we desire, here in Pagosa Lakes. 

Remember, there are 26 separate subdivisions within the Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association, all with their own Declarations of Restrictions and some which have their own Owner Association.  If you have any questions regarding your specific subdivision and any differences which may exist between the various Declarations, please call the Department of Covenant Compliance at the Administration Office and we will help to answer your questions.  Additionally, the Association has a complete Building Permit Process Package containing requirements for any construction project, complete sign code, fences, docks or other items which you may be considering.  Please stop in the Administration Office for a copy of the Building Package, or click on the Building Package link in the navigation bar to the left of this page.
